Resetting Your Password
You can reset your password from inside your Goldmoney Personal & Business account if you wish to update it. Simply click on the "More" icon in your navigation bar, and choose "Security Settings" from the menu on the right.
Enter your existing password, and then choose a new password. Make sure to set a secure password that includes both upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Once you have decided on a password, type it again to confirm, and click the "Save Changes" button.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password for your account by completing a quick verification process.
On the sign in page, select "Forgot Account Details?" below the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your BitGold account and click the "Send Recovery Link" button.
You will see a confirmation screen letting you know that the password recovery email has been sent to your inbox.
Once the email arrives in your inbox, click the "Reset Your Password" button.
Once you click the button in your email, a browser window will open and advise you to check the mobile phone associated with your account for a 4-digit verification code. Once the code has arrived, enter the code and select "Verify Mobile."
After you successfully enter your verification code, you will be asked to set a new password. Make sure to set a secure password that includes both upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Once you have decided on a password, type it again to confirm, and click the "Set Password" button.
Your password reset is now completed! You will be asked to log into your BitGold account using these new credentials.
