1. Login to your Goldmoney Personal or Business account
2. Click on your name on the top right corner and click "Settings" from the drop-down list
3. Select "Identity" from the menu on the left. You will be able to upload your ID. Please ensure that the image of your ID is in .jpg or .png format and that the image is large, clear of any obstructions, contains English text, and is legible.
