Need to collect payment from event attendees, or have your friend pay you back for covering the dinner bill the other night? Request a Payment with Goldmoney Personal! You can send a request to contacts around the world to receive quick and secure payments to your Goldmoney Personal account. If you have clients who need to send payment to you for your goods or services weekly, monthly, or annually, you can set up a recurring request to be sent to them at your desired time interval!

To sent a payment request, log in to your Goldmoney Personal account and open the navigation menu.
Select "Request Gold" from the menu.
To request a one time payment, select the One Time Request tab. Indicate the payment amount you would like to request and your desired currency. Enter the name of the recipient if you have already added them to your Goldmoney Contacts, or enter their email address or mobile number. You may only send the request to one person at a time. If you would like to include a message, you can do so in the message field. Select the yellow "Request Gold" button to submit this information.
To set up a recurring payment request, select the Recurring Request tab. Enter the amount you would like to request and choose your preferred currency. Enter the name of your Goldmoney Contact, or enter their email address or mobile number. You may only send the request to one person at a time. If you would like to include a message, you can do so in the message field. Indicate the frequency with which you would like the request to recur. Select the yellow "Request Gold" button to submit this information.
If you would like to edit or delete a Recurring Payment Request, select the Navigation Menu icon on your Dashboard and click on "Recurring Transfers."
Select the blue icon next to your Recurring Payment Request details to edit the existing Recurring Payment Request, or the red X to cancel it.
