Add a US Bank Account

You can add a US bank account to your Goldmoney Personal & Business account for easy deposit and redemption! In order to add a bank account for ACH transfers, you will need to Upgrade to a Personal Verified Account. Click here to learn how! It is also necessary for the address on your Goldmoney Personal & Business profile to be a US address.

To add a US Bank account, log into your Goldmoney Personal or Business account and select the menu icon.

Select "Bank Accounts" from the menu.

Select "US Bank Account" and then click the yellow "Next Step" button.

You will be asked to confirm that you agree to the terms of using ACH transfers. Select the toggle switch to indicate your agreement and click "I Agree" to continue.

You will be asked to enter the last four digits of your SSN to verify your identity.

The ID submitted during the Personal Verified Account application process is sent to our ACH provider for review at this time. If the the document does not meet their requirements, you will be notified by email.

Next, you will be prompted to select your bank and verify your online banking login credentials. These credientials are not stored, and are used as a one time authentication. Only depository checking and savings account may be linked via ACH. If the bank associated with your account is not listed, select the blue "My financial institution is not listed" option to link your account.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I set up multiple linked Bank Accounts?
Yes, many Goldmoney Personal & Business users choose to connect more than one account, such as a secondary currency account. The accounts must be personal depository checking/savings accounts under your name. As long as you have the proper, verified account information you are free to link personal bank accounts as you wish.

How long do ACH direct bank transfers typically take? 
ACH transfers typically take 1-3 business days to move funds from your bank account to your Goldmoney Personal & Business account, and the same period of time for redemptions to your Bank Account.

Is my price locked in with an ACH direct bank transfer deposit?
Yes! Your price per gram is locked in at initiation of an ACH deposit.
