Retrieving your Card PIN

If you have forgotten your 4-digit PIN, you can retrieve your PIN for a small fee. This fee will vary depending on the currency your card is denominated in.
 
USD Card – 2.00 USD
EUR Card – 2.00 EUR
GBP Card – 2.00 GBP
CHF Card – 2.00 CHF
 
You will need to ensure that sufficient balance is loaded to your card to be able to pay this fee when retrieving your PIN. If your balance is insufficient, you will not be able to retrieve the PIN. Retrieving the PIN will not change it, it will simply remind you of the PIN you were originally presented with during activation. Your PIN cannot be changed.
 
To retrieve your PIN log into your Goldmoney Personal or Business account and select the “Prepaid Cards” icon from the top of your Dashboard.
 
 
Select “Retrieve Forgotten Card PIN” from the side menu on the right.
 
Select the card for which you have forgotten the PIN, and confirm that you consent to the fee being charged to your card.
 
Your PIN will be displayed for you. Make sure to take note of it. Once you exit out of this window, you will need to repeat the process and pay the fee again to retrieve your PIN.
