Manage notifications and emails

Is this article for you? There are two types of Goldmoney profiles. This article is for profiles that use an email address to log in. If you log in using a Holding number in the format 70-12-13-A, please click HERE for articles meant for your profile.

Goldmoney Personal & Business users can update their profiles, easily customizing how they want to receive their statements and notifications.

Once logged into your Goldmoney Personal or Business account simply click on 'More' and then 'Defaults':

From there you will be able to select if you would like to be emailed your Goldmoney Personal & Business statements or receive a notification on the platform when your statement is available:

In the same Settings area, you are able to set your Email Preferences. Set the toggle to green to ensure you are receiving all platform updates, promotions, events and other news directly to your email inbox:
