If you are a Basic (unverified) Holding client, you may fund your Holding from one bank account. Once your Holding has been funded, we are unable to accept funds from another bank account unless the original bank account has been closed.
If your bank account has been closed and you wish to change the account on your Holding, please email a statement from your bank confirming the closure of the account with a bank statement for the new bank account. These documents can be emailed to the Relationship Management team by submitting a request here.
If you own a Verified Holding, you may fund from up to five bank accounts. If you wish to change or remove one of these accounts, please contact our dedicated Relationship Management team by submitting a request here.
