When you create your Holding you will be required to choose a password which can consist of letters, numbers and special characters.
The minimum requirement for a Holding password is 8 (eight) alphanumeric characters, though longer passwords are recommended for additional security.
Your password is what protects your Holding from unauthorized use. Do not disclose your password to anyone and ensure that it remains confidential.
You may change your password in the Security Settings section of your Holding dashboard. We recommend that you change your password periodically to protect yourself against unauthorized Holding access.
To change your password, once logged in navigate to the top right and select your Holding number and then select 'Security Settings'. Input your current password, followed by the new password, input the new password once more to confirm and then press 'update'.

-No, at this time Goldmoney does not offer 2FA options for logins. However, additional security options are available in the Security Settings section of your Holding dashboard.
