Metal card holders will be contacted at least 12 weeks before cards expire to obtain approval for renewal. If instructed to renew your card, we will automatically transfer the outstanding balance to a new card. Should you not want to renew your card, please contact us by clicking here.
Should you choose to renew your metal card, you will need to return your card to us using the delivery address we provide during the renewal process at your own cost.

Should you not wish to renew your metal card, you may retain it for its metal value.
