1) Once you have logged into your holding, view and select from your overview menu
2) Navigate to and select 'Withdraw Funds' located under 'Manage Funds'.
3) Select from the available options for withdrawals. Goldmoney offers clients two withdrawal options: Bank Wire and Prepaid Card.
To load your Prepaid Card, you must have requested, received and activated your prepaid card in order for it to be available within your Holding.
If you wish to withdraw funds via Bank Wire, the bank details must match that of the Holding owner's. Requests received before 2:30pm GMT (9:30am EST) will usually be processed the same day. Any requests received after 2:30pm GMT will usually be processed the following business day. Transfers can take from 1 – 6 business days to reach your bank account, depending on the country where your bank is located.
SEPA payments normally take 1-3 business days.
International payments can take up to 6 business days.
