Goldmoney Personal Account passwords can be reset by using the "Forgot Your Credentials?" link on the login screen. When you press the link, you will see the screen below - be sure to select 'Personal' as your account type before entering your email address to retrieve your password. If the 'Holding' option is selected, the password reset email will not be sent. Once a valid email address is entered, the 'Send Recovery Link' will activate.
