Goldmoney has long been committed to providing products and services which strongly reflect its core values and objectives, and at the same time reinforce its best-in-class status when it comes to the safety and security of client assets.
With this in mind, we will be discontinuing the Prepaid Card program effective January 31, 2021.
Cardholders are asked to use all funds that have been loaded onto their cards before the final day of the program. Reminders will be provided to clients who have a balance.
Cardholders will have until December 31, 2020, to load funds onto their cards. Please see the following links for help with your prepaid card:

Any remaining balances on the cards following January 31, 2021, would require clients to submit a claim directly with our prepaid card issuer Intercash. Please contact them at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be able to assist you in reclaiming your funds.
