The Goldmoney Holding allows users to quickly and seamlessly sell their metal holdings at the Goldmoney sell price. You have then have the option of selling into any of the 5 currencies offered within the Holding (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD & CHF).

1. Why does my bank account not show as a destination?
- The bank account will need to be linked to the Holding. Follow these steps to link.
2. How long does it take for my sell order to settle?
- A sale order takes 24-48 business hours to settle after it has been received by our dealings team.
- If the proceeds are going to your bank account, the funds will take a further 3-5 business days to arrive at your bank.
3. Can I place multiple sell orders in one request?
- Presently the Holding only allows one sale order per request.
- You will need to place another order once the previous order has been confirmed.
4. I couldn't enter the PIN, how do I confirm my sell order?
- The PIN requirement is related to the withdrawal of your sell proceeds and not the sell order itself.
If you were not able to enter the PIN your sell order will still be received and processed, and the proceeds will settle into your Holding's currency balance.
Once the proceeds are available you can process a 'withdraw funds' transaction.
