Please note that in line with our regulatory and data protection obligations, we will securely destroy any physical documents sent to Goldmoney once they have been reviewed and digitized as needed.

The only exception to this policy covers original documents - these will be returned to you within 30 calendar days of the completion of the document review so long as:

• You request the documents back at the time they are submitted, and;
• You pay for any mailing/shipping costs related to securely returning the documents
