Add funds via bank wire

Last Updated:

Clients may fund their Goldmoney Holding using a bank wire.

Goldmoney accepts wire deposits in five global currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and CHF.

Clients can also send funds via Wise or Revolut.

Please note that Wise can only send funds to our Royal Bank of Canada account in the following currencies: CAD, USD, and EUR.  Please ensure that you are selecting one of these currencies in your Add Funds request if you are transferring funds via Wise.

For transfers sent via Wise or Revolut, clients are prompted to upload confirmation documents during the Add Funds process and these must be received before we can accept funds from these transfer providers.

All funds received in a Holding are reserved for the purpose of purchasing metals, or can be used for the payment of monthly storage fees.

To initiate an Add Funds request clients can open their transaction menu by clicking on the 3 lines at the top left of their homepage:

And then select the Add Funds option in the Manage Funds section:

Once completed clients can then contact their bank (or Wise or Revolut) to request the sending of the funds.
