Clients may withdraw from their holding using the 'Withdraw Funds' function underneath the 'Manage Funds' section of their Holding navigation menu. 1. How long does a bank wire withdrawal take?
- Bank wire withdrawals typically take 3-5 business days to process.
2. Why am I unable to withdraw by bank wire?
- Your Holding is either a) not fully verified or b) has no available balance.
3. What is an available balance?
- Any funds that are the product of a metal sale.
- To generate an available balance you must first sell some of your metal.
