Clients can withdraw their available balance by clicking on 'Withdraw Funds' either above their currency balance or through their overview menu.
If an 'Insufficient Balance' message appears when a withdrawal is attempted this is because there are no funds available for withdrawal.
In order for funds to be available for withdrawal they must be the proceeds of a metals sale.
All funds received in a Holding are reserved for the purpose of purchasing metals, or can be used for the payment of monthly storage fees, and are not eligible for withdrawal.
If clients have both Reserved and Available funds they can click on the 3 dots to the right of their currency balance to confirm the amount available for withdrawal.
If your funds are not the proceeds of a metals sale and you require a withdrawal please send us a Holding message.
Please also note that Goldmoney reserves the right to restrict which bank account can be used for withdrawal on a per transaction basis.
