Unable to withdraw funds from my Holding

Clients often ask why they are unable to withdraw funds from their Holding. Due to our AML compliant and regulated operations, there are a few rules that we must enforce on funds being returned to client bank accounts which depend on the original deposit method. These are the precautions required by American and European anti-money laundering regulations and by us to improve your security.

  • Can only withdraw via wire back to the same bank account that was used to fund.
